Battora Vault — Terms & Conditions

Battora Vault ("Vault", "Battora", "we", "us" or "our") provides a platform where creators can build and manage a public creative identity, store professional information, and be discoverable by brands, collaborators, and audiences.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Vault, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Vault.

These Terms apply to all users, including artists, creatives, brands, developers, and visitors.

Battora Vault allows creators to upload and manage information such as their name, stage name, biography, profile images, creative fields, portfolio content, social media links, performance data, and related metadata for discovery and identity purposes across the Battora ecosystem and affiliated services.

The Vault is not a storage service for sensitive personal information or legal documentation. It is a public digital profile intended for creative discovery.

By using the Vault, you agree that:

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you upload.
• You have the legal right to use and distribute the content you submit.
• You will not upload unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or infringing content.
• You are responsible for managing your login credentials and account security.
• Battora is not responsible for legal disputes resulting from user-submitted content.

You retain full ownership of all content you upload.

By submitting content to Battora Vault, you grant Battora a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, index, transmit, and process your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Vault and the Battora ecosystem.

This license ends when you delete your content or close your account, except where:

• Data must be stored for legal compliance.
• Aggregated or anonymized analytics have already been generated.

Battora does not claim ownership of your creative works.

We store data securely using trusted infrastructure providers. Battora implements reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

No security system is perfect; therefore, Battora does not guarantee that the Vault will be free from vulnerabilities or cyberattacks. Users agree that they use the platform at their own risk.

Most information stored in the Vault is public by design for discovery purposes.

By creating a profile, you acknowledge that:

• Your public details may appear in search results inside and outside Battora platforms.
• Your profile and data may be indexed by search engines.
• Removing or hiding information may take time to reflect across external systems outside our control.

Battora does not guarantee visibility, discoverability, job/collaboration offers, or brand opportunities.

Battora may remove or restrict content or accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Violate intellectual property laws
• Are fraudulent or harmful
• Threaten the safety, integrity, or reputation of the platform

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

Battora Vault is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Battora is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Battora is not responsible for data loss, downtime, unauthorized access, or third-party misuse of publicly available information.

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold Battora, its founders, employees, and partners harmless from all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:

• Content you submit
• Your use or misuse of the platform
• Your violation of these Terms or legal rights of others

We do not sell personal data.

Creators may request deletion of their Vault profile and associated personal information by contacting: support@battora.com or via the in-platform account removal feature.

Data may be processed and stored in international data centers.

Battora may modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when published on the Vault. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa and, where applicable, international privacy principles including GDPR. Any disputes will be handled exclusively through South African courts.
